The most exciting asset that The Helen Earley Ensemble possesses is its people.  The singers in the Ensemble represent a diverse cross selection of our society.

We are musicians, music teachers, teachers, engineers, IT professionals, tradespeople, professionals, students and 'young' retirees from ages 6 to 75.  We are a non-profit Community Family Choir, affectionately known as 'Toowoomba's Family Choir'.

Our common thread is our love of music. We pride ourselves on our professional quality and commitment to excellence to enrich the human spirit and to celebrate the timeless diversity of music.

We enjoy performing and bringing to life the finest choral music of all genres from the 18th to the 21st Century.  We value our rehearsals for the community it creates and we cherish our audiences, wishing to perform for them creative and challenging music seated in emotion and spiritually uplifting.

Our Ensemble members reside in Toowoomba and across the Darling Downs, some travelling long distances to participate in rehearsals and performances.

2014 brought an exciting new addition to the Ensemble with the commencement of 'Exultate', a performance based music programme for primary school age children, ages 6 to 12.

The name 'Exultate' was chosen to complete the Ensemble family. It connects with other groups from within the Ensemble to read:

Exultate meaning sing

Vivace meaning lively and spirited

Jubilate meaning joyously and

Ensemble together

Out motto: Sing lively and spirited joyously together

We would love to welcome your children into Exultate.

Rehearsals: Thursday 5.30pm - 6.30pm at Laurel Street Centre, Laurel St Toowoomba
